Erudite Academy (operated by ERUDED LTD) collects the information you provide in this form to register your interest in our tutoring services and to follow up with you about them.
What we collect
Your name, email address, and details about tutoring needs (year group, subject, preferred format). This applies whether you're a parent registering on behalf of a child, or a student registering directly.
Why
To respond to your enquiry and, if you've opted in, to send you updates about our services. We rely on your consent as the legal basis for this.
Parents and students registering directly
If you're a parent registering on behalf of your child, we treat you as the primary contact — we hold your details and your child's tutoring needs, not the child's own data as a separate profile. If a student registers directly, we hold that student's own details as provided, and ask for confirmation that a parent or guardian is aware of the registration.
Where it's stored
Your responses are stored in Google Forms and Google Sheets, under our Google Workspace account. Google processes this data on our behalf under its standard data processing agreement.
How long we keep it
We retain your details for up to 12 months from your last contact with us. If there's been no engagement in that time, we delete the record.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw consent to future contact. To do so, email erud.ed.ac@gmail.com.
